Are there additional fees?

The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that you may be charged for is usage of SMS & Email. However, these charges are minimal. Ten dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages.
